Refund & Returns Policy – MAGSEAL (90 Days)
At MAGSEAL, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a clear and transparent returns policy.
1. Return period
You have 90 days from the date of receipt of your product to request a return. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
2. Return eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in perfect condition
- In original packaging with all tags included
- Proof of purchase required
Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, damaged, or missing parts, unless the issue is due to an error by MAGSEAL.
3. Non-returnable items
For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care or hygiene items
- Hazardous, flammable, or regulated goods
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards or digital products
- Sale or discounted items, unless defective

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Sale items
Sale or discounted items are only refundable if they are defective or damaged. No refunds will be issued for other reasons.
8. Exchanges
At MAGSEAL, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you want a different item, you must return the original product and place a new order.
9. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
For items over $75, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service.

If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card.
If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

12. Legal compliance
