Global Shipping Policy – MAGSEAL

1. Processing and shipping times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within a maximum of 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, delivery times are estimated at up to 10 business days worldwide, depending on the destination country.


2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

You will be able to see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.

Any additional charges (taxes, duties, customs fees, or other international charges) are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by local authorities upon delivery.


3. International shipping

MAGSEAL ships worldwide.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Some shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.

International orders may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.


4. Order confirmation and tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment.

Tracking can be done directly through the assigned carrier.


5. Shipping delays

Although we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside MAGSEAL’s control, such as:

  • Customs processing
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Carrier logistics issues
  • Local or international holidays

6. Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes or certain remote areas with limited access.

In some countries, legal restrictions may apply to certain products. In such cases, we will notify you before processing your order.


7. Shipping issues

If your order is lost, damaged, or not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

MAGSEAL will do everything possible to help resolve the issue.


Exceptions and legal notices

Address changes

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.


Customs issues

Some international orders may be inspected by customs. Any delays or additional costs resulting from this process are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost packages

In case of loss or damage during transit, the carrier’s policies will apply.

MAGSEAL will cooperate with the shipping company to resolve the issue, but is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
